Sourced from a single vineyard just below the Trinity Alps. Fermented in tank and aged on the lees undergoing full malolactic fermentation all done in a combo of steel, neutral barrels. Quite a dense and lush white win flinty minerals, tea, herbs, lemon and summer peach. Enjoy with some white fish, radish and herby salads, or with a moody movie.
