24 hours of skin contact and co-ferment in a mix of stainless steel and big, neutral oak. 7 months of aging before bottling. "Frühstückswein" is a made up German word for "breakfast wine" meant to evoke a spirit of fun, easy drinking and playful orange wine while still showing the Schödl sibling skill. Pair with a B.E.C, for some ideal hair of the dog!
