A blend including (Brancellao, Merenzao, Mouraton, Grao Negro, Garnacha Tintorera) from the slate-covered hills of Ribeira Sacra. This wine was finished in French oak barrels where it rested on its lees for 11 months before bottling. Serve slightly chilled, pair with roast chicken, grilled octopus and good friends!
