Description

These vines are between 350-450 M of elevation ensuring cooler temps and crucial preservation of acidity. Fermented in acacia barrels and given 5 days of skin contact and finished in steel. Lovely texture with delicate citrus notes along with some apricot and tropical fruit. Pretty easy going but still some good complexity if you want something to chew on.
