Coming from the regions only woman owned winery is this zero-dosage, no-compromise sparkler made entirely from Chardonnay. Laser-focused citrus, raw almond, and chalky minerality lead the way with tiny, elegant bubbles and a bone-dry finish. With only 1g/L of residual sugar present in the bottle, and 33 months on the lees, the wine is racy and full on the palate, with notes of brioche. Serve chilled with some oysters for peak enjoyment!
