A pét-nat with some yeasty and savory notes and hints of lime and ripe yellow peaches. On the palate there is a finesse to the mousse, which mingles nicely with the wine’s fruitiness. Started in barrel and finished in bottle, the effervescence comes from one fermentation that happened in two places. Serve it cold with your fav summer snacks!
