Ooooweee! This is a single vineyard Grand Cru site in the lower portion of Birgit’s estate. This is an incredibly vivid and expressive Gruner. A perfect balance of juicy stone fruit and green apple. Some mineral + slatey backbone with a dash of spice. Very complex and delicious.
