Organic Picpoul from Paso Robles, California.
The last vintage of Picpoul to be made from this vineyard. Lots of time aging on the lees in concrete eggs. This has incredible depth given typical versions of Picpoul are mere refreshment. Honey, lemongrass, pear, hints of tropical fruit and all around delicious! Very food friendly.
