Run by two sisters, the family has been distilling since 1939. The base of this delectable bevvy is 100% colombard that is fortified by their solera aged Armagnac that began aging in 1987. It’s truly something special, with notes of bitter orange, honey, dried apricot, a little brown butter, and baking spices. YUM!
