This is one very special cider! Made from 100+ year old trees that produce very low yields and not every year. Super elegant, it is made méthode champenoise and drinks very much like a Champagne. Earthy pear skins with a little walnut on the nose. So delicious and very rare. Enjoy with soft cheeses, crispy fried things, and other light bites.
