This cool-climate Chardonnay is bursting with lemon curd, crisp green apple, and a whisper of sea breeze! Half of the grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented in neutral french for 16 months. The other half of the grapes were whole berry fermented under a submerged cap and then aged in neutral french for 16 months.
